We’re known for our superior technical diving products, but it’s service after the sale that sets Light Monkey above the field. Your complete satisfaction with our products is our number-one priority. Contact us with questions, comments, or concerns.  We’re here for you.


Because we are so confident in the performance and longevity of our gear, as of January 2016 all of our products are delivered with a 3-year limited warranty from time of purchase. We will repair or replace a product due to material or workmanship issues. Items not covered under the limited warranty include but are not limited to E/O cables, light cords, O-rings, and switch boots. These items should be replaced on an annual basis as preventative maintenance. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or failure to properly care for product. Please provide copy of original receipt.
If you are sending in an item for repair or warranty, you will need to complete the RMA form online prior to sending. Items must be sent to us for inspection, repair, and replacement. 
We will contact you by phone or email a total of three times once the work is completed and the item is ready for return. Repairs and warranty work that are unclaimed for more than 30 days past the repair date are subject to a 25USD/month storage fee, and will be recycled after six months.
